Andre is a passionate, energetic, motivating trainer, who brings a wealth of experience to the Lab.
Being a professional hockey player for over 19 years, he knew he wanted to share his passion for fitness and working out. He is a huge believer in having correct technique and form as to prevent injury and get the most productivity from your workouts. Training with some of the top trainers and athletes in the world has
provided immense knowledge, along with NSCA-CPT (National Strength and Conditioning Association - certified personal trainer) and FRC (Functional Range Conditioning) certifications. No matter what level you may be (beginner, intermediate or athlete), age, or what injury you may have, Andre will always have a training plan tailored to your specific needs and will get you the results that you’ve always wanted and will bring you to the next level. -

Lili just finished her second year at Ottawa U studying Food and Nutritiion Sciences. She's a former gymnast who now stays active in our MetCon and Strength classes in Manotick. Lili's working towards becoming a dietician and eventually opening up her own clinic!

Ryley’s passion for training begun at a young age when he was playing competitive hockey. After hockey, Ryley completed his diploma in Exercise and Wellness in 2013 at Camosun College in Victoria, B.C., where he started his fitness career as a Personal Trainer. Throughout his career, he has challenged himself physically in a variety of activities and has participated numerous endurance events. Most notably completing a 24hr 500km bike ride down Vancouver Island 3 times for a local charity. Ryley has a passion and respect for all types of exercise and activities. Some of his personal favourites are – Boxing, Cycling, Kettle Bells, Trail Running, Stand-up Paddle Boarding, Free Diving, and Functional Strength Training. Ryley’s motto is that “Exercise should be a part of your life, not a time in your life” and believes that having variety plays a critical role in creating the longevity necessary for a healthy lifestyle. Since relocating to Ottawa, Ryley is looking to share his knowledge and skill set with The Fitness Lab community, leveraging his experience in a wide range of training methods. Beyond his technical skill set, Ryley strives to maintain a high level of customer service and ensure that each session is unique and tailored to his client’s goals.

Arianne’s participation in a variety of sports at a young age, sparked an interest in exercise. Her years of training as a competitive trampoline gymnast lead her to her pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology at the University of Ottawa, which she successfully completed in 2024. Arianne is interested in pursuing a Master’s in Physiotherapy. Her years of personal experience with weight training inspired her to want to get into the field of personal training as well. She is currently taking an Onsite Fitness Personal Training Certification and has recently completed the Titan/uOttawa Gee-Gees Performance Strength and Conditioning internship where she worked with uOttawa’s Hockey teams. Arianne is excited to apply what she’s learned to help everyone become the best version of themselves.
